An obtainable modern dwelling for home, play or rent.
Slab or Basement, We'll Support It.
The primary application of the Foundation 1150 is a design that incorporates an insulated slab. Radiant heat is an option, but if you prefer a basement in colder climates with deeper frost lines, the Foundation 1150 model can be built with a basement or crawl space.
FOUNDATION 1150
Tight Lot? No Worries.
The Foundation 1150 can be oriented in 2 different primary directions. If you have a city lot less than 40’ wide, the Foundation 1150 can be oriented to allow for a side driveway with rear detached Garage 575.
